Celeste Carter is the Project Manager for Geaux Far Louisiana and believes that every child, regardless of socioeconomic status, deserves access to the best in health care, livelihood, and early education. Her goal is to be a part of leading the way in the fight for better services for Louisiana’s young children. Celeste’s background includes program and project management in the technology sector as well as experience as an early childhood educator. She served as an advocate for parents and children during Early Education Week 2020 and Early Education Month 2022 and currently serves as a Parent Representative for the LSU Early HeadStart Policy Council, a parent organization centered around visibility within the program. In her free time, Celeste can be found spending time with twin daughters.
