Jordan Howard, MSW is an Innovation Consultant and PR Specialist with over half a decade of experience in macro social work, specializing in mental health, community development, and public engagement. With a strong commitment to systems-level change, Jordan partners with organizations to craft innovative strategies that expand mental health access and advance equity across communities.
A proud Baton Rouge native, she holds a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Southern University. Her interdisciplinary background—spanning macro practice, public relations, and nonprofit development—equips her with a unique approach to creating solutions that are both strategic and community-centered.
Throughout her career, Jordan has led and contributed to initiatives that support youth, families, and historically marginalized groups. Her work includes developing research-informed programs, launching public awareness campaigns, advocating for mental health access, and strengthening organizational storytelling and branding.
Jordan is also an accomplished speaker who has shared her insights on health equity, youth empowerment, and mental wellness at national summits, community events, and through various media platforms including radio and broadcast appearances.
Every chapter of her work—rooted in advocacy, innovation, and heart—has led to her newest opportunity as the Geaux Far Project Director. She is honored to step into this role and is ready to connect, lead with purpose, and change lives—together.
